User research was quintessential.The complex worflows of the multiple tiers of user types and their interactions with one another needed to be laid out in detail. In order to achive that, I gathered information from the eight users to understand the challenges they face and how they see the app making a diferrence in optimizing their experience.

I started with creating the information architecture, quick sketches and low-fi concepts for primary use cases. After having a go ahead from the stakeholders and developers on the wireflow, I conducted usability tests with the lo-fi screens and fixed the design based on test feedback..
